Watling and Company, do hereby declare that we have this day mutually dissolved the said co-partnership, and hereby authorize our said dissolution to be inserted in the London Gazette. Watling: and Sons, Timber Benders. NOTICE is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named person has been summoned to be held at my offices, 9, Serle street, Lincoln's-Inn-fields, in the county of Middlesex, on the 15th day of September, 1873, at ten o'clock in the forenoon precisely. The Bankruptcy Act, 1869. In the London Bankruptcy Court. In the Matter of a Bankruptcy Petition against Alfred Watling, of 6, Great Sutton-street, Clerkenwell, in the county of Middlesex, Bent Timber Manufacturer. Upon the hearing of this Petition this day, and upon proof satisfactory to the Court of the debt of the Petitioners, and of the act or acts of the Bankruptcy alleged to have been committed by the said Alfred Watling having been given, it is ordered that the said Alfred Watling be, and he is hereby, adjudged bankrupt. Given under the Seal of the Court this 14th day of November, 1878.. By the Court, P. H. Pepys, Registrar. The First General Meeting of the creditors of the said Alfred Watling is hereby summoned to be held at the London Bankruptcy Court, Lincoln's Inn-fields, in the county of Middlesex, on the 4th day of December, 1878, at twelve o'clock at noon, and that the Court has ordered the bankrupt to attend thereat for examination, and to produce thereat a statement of his affairs, as required by the statute. Until the appointment of a Trustee, all persons having in their possession any of the effects of the bankrupt must deliver them, and all debts due to the bankrupt must be paid, to the Honourable William Cecil Spring-Rice, one of the Registrars, at the office of Mr. Peter Paget, Official Assignee in the London Bankruptcy Court, Lincoln's Inn-fields.Creditors must forward their Proofs of Debts to the Registrar, at the said address. |
