I have decided to post my lists of Births, Marriages and Deaths in England and Wales from the start of Civil Registration up to 1962. Well that's nothing new, is it ? There are plenty of sites which are providing access on line to the Registrar General's Indexes.

Well in this case I have added to those indexes by adding in information obtained from a number of sources to allow the family historian interested in a BAYNES family to, at least, discard those births, marriages or deaths which can be attributed to known people.

I am nowhere near finished, so this is very much a work in progress. Help is appreciated, even if it is only the information from one certificate.

Have a look, you are welcome to anything you find, but I would ask that you share your research with other BAYNES searchers.

Living People are in the lists. Incorrect data is happily corrected. That is after all the point of the site.
