The New Testament previously owned by Henry Samuel Baynes has come into my possession. Thanks to all those who had a hand in bringing it and me together.
The book itself is an 8vo measuring about 4 1/2" X 7" X 7/8". It is still in its original binding and considering its age is in excellent condition. Printed at Cambridge by John Field, Printer to the Univerfitie, 1662. The manuscript genealogical notes are on ten pages including a sheet which has been stuck in. Each page has been transcribed separately with notes in red.
I hope soon to have some photos to go alongside the transcripts.
